Account Deletion and Personal Data Deletion

Fast Food Belize allows users to request deletion of their account or deletion of their saved personal data.

If you still have access to your account, the fastest way to start this process is from the Account & Privacy section inside the Fast Food Belize app or website.

If you no longer have access to the app, you may submit a request using this page.

Request Types

Delete Account: This disables your ability to log in and removes, clears, or anonymizes your personal account information where possible. Some operational order records may be retained where required for restaurant operations, accounting, tax, legal, reporting, dispute handling, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Delete Personal Data Only: This removes, clears, or anonymizes saved personal profile information where possible while keeping your login account active. You may need to re-enter information such as your name, phone number, or delivery address before placing future orders.

Verification Required

For security, we may require you to verify ownership of the account before processing your request. If an account exists for the email address provided, we may send a verification message to that email address.

Processing Time

Verified requests will be processed within a reasonable period of time, subject to legal, security, operational, and technical requirements.
