Fast Food Belize is operated by Technically Superior Solutions. This Privacy Policy explains how Fast Food Belize collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes information when customers use the Fast Food Belize website, mobile app, and related services.

Fast Food Belize collects the information needed to create and manage customer accounts, process food orders, send order updates, provide customer support, improve the service, and maintain safe and reliable operation of the platform.

Fast Food Belize does not intentionally collect payment card information unless online payment processing is added to the service. If online payments are added in the future, payment information may be handled by a third-party payment processor. Fast Food Belize will update this Privacy Policy and applicable app store disclosures if payment processing is added.

3. How Information Is Shared
Fast Food Belize does not sell personal information. Fast Food Belize may share limited information only when needed to operate the service, fulfill orders, support users, comply with legal obligations, or protect the platform.
Restaurant or vendor partners: Restaurants or vendors may receive order information needed to prepare and fulfill an order. This may include the customer's name, phone number, delivery address, order details, order instructions, and order status.
Delivery or fulfillment personnel: If delivery is supported, delivery-related information may be shared as needed to complete the order.
Technical service providers: Fast Food Belize may use third-party service providers for hosting, email delivery, push notifications, analytics, diagnostics, security, and other technical operations.
Notification services: Fast Food Belize may use Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google services, Apple Push Notification service, or similar services to send order and account notifications.
Legal or safety purposes: Information may be disclosed if required by law, regulation, legal process, security investigation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, restaurants, Fast Food Belize, or Technically Superior Solutions.
4. Push Notifications
Fast Food Belize may collect and use device notification tokens to send push notifications. Push notifications may include order confirmations, order status updates, delivery or pickup updates, account-related notices, and important service messages.
Users can control push notification permissions through their device settings. If push notifications are disabled, some order updates may not appear as device notifications, but may still be available inside the app or website.
5. Third-Party Services
Fast Food Belize may use third-party services to operate the app and website. These services may process information on behalf of Fast Food Belize. These may include hosting providers, email providers, Firebase or Google services, Apple Push Notification service, analytics or diagnostic tools, security or anti-abuse tools, and future payment processors if online payments are added.
Fast Food Belize is responsible for keeping its app store privacy disclosures accurate based on the third-party services and SDKs used by the app.
6. Data Retention
Fast Food Belize keeps personal information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, operate the business, fulfill orders, support customers, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, meet accounting or tax requirements, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Some operational records may be retained after account deletion where necessary for legitimate business, accounting, tax, legal, reporting, restaurant operations, dispute handling, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. Where possible, retained records will be anonymized or separated from personal account information.
7. Account Deletion and Data Deletion
Fast Food Belize provides users with options to request account deletion or personal data deletion. Logged-in users may access these options from the Account & Privacy section of the Fast Food Belize app or website.
Users who no longer have access to the app may also submit a request through the public Account Deletion page: https://www.fastfoodbelize.com/account-deletion.
Delete Account: When a user requests account deletion, Fast Food Belize will disable the account and remove, clear, or anonymize personal account information where possible. This may include name, email address, phone number, saved addresses, saved preferences, notification tokens, and other profile information. After account deletion, the user will no longer be able to log in with that account.
Fast Food Belize may retain limited operational order records where needed for restaurant reporting, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or business recordkeeping. Where possible, retained records will no longer directly identify the deleted user.
Delete Personal Data Only: When a user requests personal data deletion only, Fast Food Belize will remove, clear, or anonymize saved personal profile information where possible while keeping the user account active. The user may need to re-enter certain information, such as name, phone number, or delivery address, before placing future orders.
Request Verification: For security, Fast Food Belize may require users to verify account ownership before processing deletion requests. This may include logging in, confirming by email, re-entering a password, or completing another reasonable verification step.
Processing Time: Fast Food Belize will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period of time, subject to legal, operational, security, and technical requirements.
8. Security
Fast Food Belize uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to help protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Fast Food Belize is not intended for use by children under the minimum age required by applicable law. Fast Food Belize does not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.
